Leicestershire Rural Business Advice Fair
Tuesday 5th June 2007 3pm – 8.30pm
This event aims to offer farmers, land owners, businesses based in tourism and equestrianism, creative industries, knowledge based industries, social enterprise and co operatives information to assist in developing businesses, land management schemes and farm diversification projects.
There will be range of useful topics covered including:
- Grants and Guidance for Rural Businesses
- Environmental and Planning Information
- Farm Business Advice Service
- Free Business Advice
- Advice and Grants for Land Management
- Trading Standards will be offering guidance on labelling and packaging laws and on trading law in general
- Information on Training
- Help on preventing theft and arson on your property

- Adas Agricultural Diversification Seminar, 5pm
- Acorus Rural Diversification Planning Issues Seminar, 6pm
- LCC Rural Business Grant Support Seminar, 7pm

The event is talking place at Walcote Memorial Hall, Franks Lane, Walcote, nr Lutterworth LE17 4JX and attendance is free. There will be a buffet from 5.30pm
