Lincolnshire Public Art Website
www.LPAN.org.uk
The aim of the website is to showcase the wide range of public art sited across the county and to encourage visitors to come to Lincolnshire to explore the work for themselves.
Not only can visitors read about the piece of art, see how it was developed and look at many examples of the piece, but much can also be learnt about the artists and the project teams that made each piece possible.
It has been made possible through funding from all member local authorities and Arts Council England through the Grants For The Arts programme.
The LPAN membership is made up of Arts Development Officers from most of Lincolnshire’s' Local Authorities, plus landscape architects and other professionals. The development of this site is part of a wider initiative to raise the awareness of the variety of quality public art in rural Lincolnshire. The website showcases projects large and small all over the county, and enables visitors to give their feedback direct to the LPAN members. find out about forthcoming opportunities to get involved and to sign up to receive our regular newsletter.
Opportunities
We are particularly interested in working with organisations who can help increase the awareness of, and therefore the potential visitors to the fantastic array of public art on display in rural Lincolnshire.
Please contact the LPAN administrators at artsNK on 01529 416290 or email janet.matthews@leisureconnection.co.uk to discuss possible opportunities to work together.
