- is prepared to work towards staging a group selling exhibition at Rufford Craft Centre in Nottinghamshire
In January 2009 Nottinghamshire County Council Arts Service will be selecting from applicants for a new scheme, Nottinghamshire Creative, which aims to provide support to local crafts people and encourage creative businesses in the county to thrive.
The Nottinghamshire Creative scheme will seek to explore and develop bespoke training including; peer learning and mentoring opportunitiies, applied business skills and help to improve and extend cutatorial expertise.
The successful candidates will be required to attend a 10 day programme (running from mid February to June) of meetings, training and mentoring days, and to be involved in the process of organising and installing the exhibition.
The culmination of the scheme will be The Nottinghamshire Creative Exhibition opening on Sunday 10 May and running until Sunday 7 June at Rufford Craft Centre, Nr Ollerton in Nottinghamshire off the A614
